These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Returns:

As our cufflinks are very fully described, guaranteed, and essentially handmade items (often made to order) we will exchange - but do not accept full returns

(Note that the terms of the guarantee are for repair or replacement).

We ask that you choose your cufflinks carefully – and we are happy to assist (by email or telephone) to ensure your purchase is a success. If unsure please read ‘Choosing a Design’ and ‘Sartorial Advice’

Over many years we have not had one 'return request' as such.  Those receiving our products have been very pleased – valuing their unique and collectable/heirloom nature.

Exchange:

For a surcharge of 15% - plus handling and postage (plus/minus any price differential) – we will exchange our Cufflinks for other models.  Note that this does not apply to engraved items or those made to order – such as Gold or Platinum items.

This exchange period lasts for one month from the original purchase date, and is only permissible if the items have not been worn, are in as new condition, and are posted fully insured.

Prices:

Prices may be changed or amended at any time by David Atkins Design Pty Ltd.

Note that the costs of precious metals - Gold in particular - are quite volatile.  We attempt to give you value (hence variable prices) - whilst ensuring we are protected from cost surges.

Applicable prices are those in force at the time the order was accepted by David Atkins Design Pty Ltd. 

Full price monies must be received by us prior to the dispatch of Products.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars, delivery charges to be added.

Delivery charges are detailed under Delivery - and are set out at the time of the order, before the Customer is requested to confirm the order.

Duties & Tax:
Currently products sold by David Atkins Design Pty Ltd do not attract GST (Goods and Services Tax – aka Value Added Tax) - this may change in the future. 

Your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Description of Products:

Note that the size, weight and surface descriptions of our products are given in good faith.  Our products are essentially handmade or hand finished items and as such actual weight, size, and surface of products may vary slightly from specifications given.

TERMS OF USE:

By using the David Atkins Design Pty Ltd (davidatkins.com.au)  web site you agree:

a) that its content is only to be used as a guide to the services David Atkins Design Pty Ltd offers;

b) to use it on the basis of the below acknowledgements; and
